The service was excellent, we were attended by a young man named Andy Mendoza and the hostess Andrea, I think she called herself, very attentive and very good knowledge of the hotel and the service, very good staff. However, the food was not very good, let's say apart from that they brought us the starters as the main ones together and the Chicken was very fried almost toasted. But very good music, very good experience, I would recommend it too!

So beautiful inside and out, all the windows overlook such an amazing view, the golf cart ride up is a life saver. Food is beyond words amazing.

It was for a lunch, and the view. But the hotel looks unique ,yet definately needs an upgrade soon. Also the wasps.... ( they said its the season) but looked almost like one of those movies. The cuisine is on-point though, definately recommend the salmon!

We went to eat to the restaurant, the food was good, however the service was a bit slow. There was also some confusion with my husband's order, which arrived late after we finished our lunch. However, all the staff were very nice, and the manager of the restaurant came to apologise. We were compensated with a free tour around the hotel, which was very interesting. Our tour guide, I think his name was Joaquín, was excellent. :) overall, was a great experience. Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view.

The hotel is beautiful and impressive as it mixes with the sea and the city, But the food is the worst thing I ever had on my life, it was cold, the service was terrible and slow, and it was super expensive for the poorest service and plates I saw in Caracas for a long time. Don’t eat in the main dinning room is a waste of money and time.
