If you’re here to party, this is an ideal location. It’s in the middle of all the action. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Great air conditioning too. They also offer vouchers for free drinks and breakfast. If you’re looking for a more relaxing weekend, this is not the best choice. The rooms at the back of the property are literally six feet from the street. At night you will hear every car blasting music, motorcycle revving their engines, and drunk person stumbling by until 3:00 AM. A few hours later you will be awakened by garbage and delivery trucks. This makes it very difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Checked into our room with just enough time to catch an Uber to our concert. Upon check-in we were given half-hearted directions to our room…which were wrong. Upon returning from the concert we discovered there were no bath or hand towels nor wash cloths; at all. Went to discover that the front desk was closed (10:30pm) and a sign stating to see the bar staff or text a number on the sign. The bar staff had no clue what to do about the towels and just looked at me like…sorry. The text was never answered. After pressing that we would like to take a shower, one of the bar staff finally tried to solve our problem. After 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby a young bar staff member brought me towels, but actually began to admonish me about the time schedule of the front desk for the future if I needed help. Unbelievable! I told her that the hours of the front desk have nothing to do with a room being properly turned over stocked with towels and wash clothes. The televisions were on when we checked in, which seemed strange; we could not find a remote foe the bedroom television and had to unplug it to go to bed. The jacuzzi tub was inoperable. We had to walk through their kitchen trash (aromatic) and wash down area to reach our room. The positives are location; even though the parking isn’t on site, its a good parking space and a pleasant walk to the inn. The room was very quaint and decorative, clean, monster televisions, and you get complimentary breakfast and mimosas (great restaurant, been eating here for years.) They just need to have better staff and availability for guest problems.

1st time visiting and I can’t say enough about how amazing this Inn is! We had a fabulous time and met some new fast friends! “Tia” at the front desk was awesome, super helpful and very friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome; Thank you so much for everything! Our waiter “Joseph” was awesome as well! He is very attentive and has an amazing personality. He was super friendly outside of his working hours as well. We sat in his section both mornings for breakfast. We also had “Will” at night for the martinis at the TINI bar. He was awesome and very attentive as well to us and our new friends Terry and Bob Over all we had an exceptional time at the Inn and they provided stellar service! I would rate a 10 out of 10 and would recommend to everyone. We will be returning again as this is now our new vacation spot. Thank you again to Tia, Joseph, and Will!

We have been coming to this place for over 20 years. The building needs work & the rooms need to be updated. The staff however are awesome! They are always very attentive & go above & beyond especially Miracle & Sean the server. He made breakfast a special event when he was working. We will always come back becayse of the amenities but would like to see the place get a little TLC.

We have stayed here multiple times, and every time it has been an amazing experience. Every employee here from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the maintenance crew, and bar staff is exceptionally nice and has the guest’s experience as their number one priority. We also had a large group stay here, taking up most of the hotel, and everyone had the most amazing time. The rooms are each unique and luxurious, the amenities are fantastic, and the location can’t be beat. Any time we are in St. Augustine we will be coming back to the Casablanca Inn.
